Look forward to three unique sauna rounds of 10–15 minutes each, where essential oils and heat blend seamlessly with music, guidance and silence. Each round is designed to give you renewed energy, courage, and inner calm. Between rounds, step outside to cool down, take a breath and relax before heading back in.

KYND har i samarbejde med Copenhagen Marriott Hotel opsat en sauna på hotellets terrasse med udsigt over havnen. Saunaen har plads til 12-14 personer og ligger ved en godkendt badezone, så man kan tage en dukkert i havet mellem runderne.

✨ Signature & Energy I have every intention to feel the room and cater to it. So it could vary depending on the day, weather, group of people etc. However, my natural aura tends to be on the calm and grounded side - as does my choice of essential oils; where I have a general liking for more mid & base notes. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I am a big proponent of the power of gratitude as a state of being. I will try to incorporate that message into my sessions through breath work - should there be a shared space for it. I have been doing contrast therapy (sauagus & cold plunge) for more than a decade now and am a huge ambassador of the mental health benefits of it (beyond the obvious physical benefits) - so you may find that I nudge you to the cold after the sessions. (the dopamine!!) 🎧 Often on the Playlist I am a big music buff! I have DJ'd around Copenhagen sometimes in the past and generally tend to play organic house. I love global music (everything from Mali to Mongolia) and house music. So you will be transported to far away lands through the music and perhaps on occasion be brought right back to Denmark :) 🌿 A Little About Me I have spent half my life in India and half my life in Europe - split right in the middle at this point. I feel very privileged that my identity is shaped by two distinct cultures and language groups - both with a very rich cultural history that I carry with me. I have called Copenhagen (the worlds best capital) home for the past 12 years. I chose to be a saunagus master because I think it is a great way to be of service to a room full of strangers. I hope you get to feel my intention and have the desire to return to it :)
