Our Flow Gus Session is a reset for body and mind - nothing to do, just arrive as you are. You can expect a more uplifting energy including music with lyrics as well. The session lasts 60 minutes and includes 3 Saunagus rounds of 10–15 minutes, with cold plunges in between. Sauna Yard ligger i Jernbanebyen på Otto Busses Vej og tilbyder guidede saunagus, åben sauna hver dag, koldtvandsdyp og bad i en afslappet stemning. En saunagus varer omkring 75 minutter, hvor man er i saunaen cirka 15 minutter ad gangen med afkøling imellem.
