Each round is designed to give you renewed energy, courage, and inner calm. Between rounds, step outside to cool down, take a breath and relax before heading back in.

KYND tilbyder en sanselig saunagus ved Banegaarden i Sydhavn i grønne omgivelser. I den mobile sauna bruges æteriske olier, varm vifteteknik og rolig musik, og mellem runderne kan man køle af under udendørs bruser eller i koldtvandskar.

The middle is the most intense phase with deep heat, strong energy, and release, after which I guide you softly down into a relaxing ending – so you can return to everyday life with new clarity. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I create a relaxed, present, and safe atmosphere – a sanctuary where you can let go and find peace within yourself. Along the way, I guide with simple breathing exercises, and music plays a central role. We often start with familiar tones that gradually move into meditative music, continue with a more intense and electronic phase in the middle, and end with Danish-language music that gently brings you back to the world outside. 🎧 Often on the Playlist My music choices span widely – from Ukendt Kunstner to The Blaze to meditative music inspired by yoga’s savasana. I combine modern electronic elements with calm and grounded atmospheres. 🌿 A Little about Me I am a music producer, music manager, and father of two children. I’m passionate about creating calm and safe spaces where people can find inner peace and new energy. Music and sauna go hand in hand in my world, and I love both winter bathing and sauna infusion.
