Each round is designed to give you renewed energy, courage, and inner calm. Between rounds, step outside to cool down, take a breath and relax before heading back in.

✨ Signature & Energy My sessions shift with the time of day – from calm and present to more energetic. I strive to ensure that people leave with the feeling of warmth deep in their bodies, carrying more energy and at the same time a sense of deep relaxation. I let the heat and flow speak more than words. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound The atmosphere follows the day: mornings are often calm and meditative, while evenings can hold more energy and intensity. Music plays a big role, as it helps build the atmosphere. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Lord Siva and Hans Philip are almost always present. Beyond that, the music shifts depending on the time and mood – from calm, deep tracks to songs with more drive and energy. 🌿 A Little about Me I work quite a lot abroad, and when I’m at home, I spend a lot of time in the sauna. I enjoy being active and spend the rest of my time with friends and good experiences.
