Look forward to three unique sauna rounds of 10–15 minutes each, where essential oils and heat blend seamlessly with music, guidance and silence. Each round is designed to give you renewed energy, courage, and inner calm. Between rounds, step outside to cool down, take a breath and relax before heading back in.

✨ Signature & Energy The energy in my sessions is very calm. I create an environment where you can unwind and reconnect with your inner self, and I strive for an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I use music to guide the flow of each session, crafting a journey that helps you leave feeling more relaxed. I prefer soothing melodies that evoke positive emotions. The soundscapes are typically soft and gentle, and I enjoy creating different journeys by pairing music thoughtfully with aromatic oils. 🎧 Often on the Playlist In my sessions, you’ll hear slow and meditative music. Some of my favorite artists to play in the sauna are Novo Amor, Gregory Alan Isakov, Bon Iver, Sombr, and occasionally Andrea Laszlo De Simone. 🌿 A Little About Me I enjoy the little things in life, like taking long early-morning walks with my dog and a coffee in hand. I try to live a slower lifestyle and fill my days with good things — like sauna.
