Alberte creates sauna sessions inspired by the balance between performance and recovery. Coming from the world of elite sports, she understands the importance of pushing limits — but also the need to slow down, breathe deeply, and create moments without expectations or pressure. Through heat, music, breathwork, and atmosphere, Alberte creates grounding and energising experiences designed to help people reconnect with themselves and feel fully present. Her sessions combine intensity and calmness, creating a space where you can let go, recharge, and leave with renewed energy. What to expect: Powerful heat, deep beats, moments of stillness, and an experience that challenges both body and mind while leaving you calm, clear, and balanced.
