Note: I facilitate in English only Alina is a yoga and breathwork teacher with a background in competitive sports and a lifelong love for movement. After many years as a sprinter, yoga and breathwork opened the door to a more intuitive and embodied way of moving - one rooted not in performance, but in connection, awareness, and presence. Her teaching is shaped by a calm and grounded presence, combining mindful movement, breath awareness, music, and nervous system regulation to support both inner balance and vitality. Trained in both yoga and breathwork, Alina guides classes that encourage people to soften and tune into themselves with greater awareness and ease. Inspired by the balance between strength and softness, she creates experiences that feel supportive, nourishing, and deeply human. Her sessions are designed to leave people feeling lighter, more present, and more deeply connected - to themselves, their breath, and the moment.
