Ullrs Bloð is highly experienced in holding prolonged space of healing work and through intentional breathing, meditation, and the marking ritual, guiding his clients through the uncomfortable, the laughter, the tears, and out on the other side, a more empowered version of themselves. His sauna rituals are focused on creating a space of inner silence for you to connect to, listen and honour the voice of your inner self, acknowledging all emotions to be held safe in grounded presence. It is the intention, that you leave a session, having created an anchor to an authentic part of yourself, helping you ground in your truth in your everyday life. What to expect A Nordic inspired sauna ritual, where the elements heat-fire, cold-water, breath-wind, and strong intentions-earth, will create a strong and safe frame for you to dive into deep presence with self.
