✨ Signature & Energy For me, sauna infusion is a sanctuary – a moment to pause everyday life, find calm, and reconnect with myself in the middle of a busy society. I love playing with contrasts between heat and cold, calm and intensity, and I use both the shock of the cold and the strength of the heat to push boundaries – physically as well as mentally. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Some of my sessions are meditative, while others are full of energy. The music follows the flow of the session and is always chosen to support the journey. 🎧 Often on the Playlist The music follows the mood, but you can always expect a touch of Danish sounds sneaking in. 🌿 A Little about Me When I’m not in the sauna, you’ll find me on the tennis court or out for a run. I’m passionate about combining the discipline of sports with the benefits of sauna infusion – and giving you an experience where you both find calm and discover new sides of your own strength.
