✨ Signature & Energy For me, every sauna session is about you. I adapt the rhythm, intensity, and flow to the time of day, creating an experience that feels right in the moment. While I can guide waves of energy, I especially enjoy crafting calm, restorative journeys where you can fully unwind, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Music shapes the mood and supports your experience. I select sounds that help you stay present—sometimes soft and meditative, other times grounding and energizing—always with the intention of deepening your connection to the moment. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Ambient soundscapes, world and spiritual music, deep grooves, and gentle natural tones that invite presence, stillness, and release. 🌿 A Little About Me I’m a breathwork guide, yoga instructor, and mental wellness advocate with a background in the corporate world. I’m passionate about integrating mindfulness and wellness into everyday life—especially in corporate settings—to help people find clarity, calm, and sustainable energy. Movement, breath, and intentional presence are central to my practice, both in and out of the sauna.
