Annetta has been on a real self-discovery journey over the past years, learning how to find calm in a world that rarely slows down. Her mind naturally runs fast, and the sauna became the place where she could breathe, reset and feel completely present. That is the feeling she wants to share with others. She comes from the interior and creative world and is used to juggling many things at once. She is a mix of many qualities, always curious and always creating. Born and raised in Iceland, this has given her strength and a small hint of the mystical that she brings with her. Annetta carries a playful energy and never forgets that life should feel good. She wants people to leave with a smile. What to expect: A space where you can land in yourself. A moment that reminds you that you chose this time for you. Annetta guides with warmth and presence with the simple intention that you leave feeling more grounded, more open and more at ease.”
