I facilitate sessions centered on grounding through music and presence, creating a space where you can let go and simply be. The sessions are guided with simplicity, using gentle cues, music, and heat to shape the experience. I enjoy artists like Bette, Peter Sandberg, and Coco O - overall best described as soulful love music. To me, a good session is when you can let go of your thoughts, focus on yourself, be fully present, and push your limits just a little more each time.
