I like to sport a lot, so my first reason to come to the sauna was recovery. Yet somewhere along the way it turned into more than that. I really enjoy the peace it creates - an hour with nothing to fix and nowhere to be, just focusing on my breath and the present. I wanted to give people that same hour, which is how I ended up as a facilitator. I like relaxed sessions: steady heat, warm grounding scents, and music that takes you away from the day-to-day stuff. I talk just enough to help you settle. Whether you're here to recover, to clear your head, or just to sit in the heat, I'll do my best to make room for all of it.
