For me, a sauna session is about far more than heat—it’s about creating an atmosphere. My approach centers on carefully crafted essential oil blends, where every session is designed as a sensory journey. Rather than relying on single-note fragrances, I build layered compositions that evolve throughout the ritual, allowing the heat, steam, and aromas to work together in harmony. I particularly enjoy working with higher temperatures, using controlled heat to create an intense yet comfortable experience. Combined with thoughtfully balanced essential oils, the goal is to immerse guests in an environment that feels both powerful and restorative. Whether the atmosphere is deep and meditative, vibrant and energizing, or inspired by forests, temples, or distant landscapes, each session is created with intention—using heat, scent, and rhythm to tell a story that lingers long after you leave the sauna.
