✨ Signature & Energy For me, the sauna is a sacred space with room for calm and reflection – a pause from everyday life, where you have the chance to slow down and let your shoulders drop for a while. I meet you with a gentle and embracing energy, focusing on creating an experience where you can let your thoughts pass, be present in the moment, and know that in the sauna there are no demands or expectations placed on you. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound The music is never random – it helps shape the space and invites you into a mindful flow. You will be met with meditative and spiritual tones designed to help you slow down and connect with yourself, your breath, and the heat. 🎧 Often on the Playlist You will often encounter Facesoul, Awaré, Sam Garrett, and other spiritual music that supports the atmosphere and creates space for reflection. 🌿 A Little about Me Mental health and personal development have always been a big part of my interests, and that’s why you’ll often hear me talk about metacognitive tools. It’s not only because I work with them daily in my practice as a therapist, but also because I find it fascinating how our thoughts shape our reality. I swim in the ocean as often as I can and generally love spending time in nature to recharge.
