Originally from Australia, I bring easy summer energy, surf-inspired calm, and a big love for wellness into the sauna. My sessions are rooted in laid-back acoustic tunes, often featuring Australian artists old and new, with the occasional twist of familiar pop, subtle reflections on life woven through the music, and a soothing atmosphere designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and fully unwind. PS: come hydrated because I’m told my saunas run hot 🔥🔥
