I love moving and challenging my body through different activities every week. It gives me a sense of flow in my body and makes my smile wider and more authentic. For me, calm doesn’t necessarily mean complete relaxation, but rather the feeling of having myself — knowing my body and mind well enough that I can always find my way back to the right course.
