✨ Signature & Energy For me, the sauna is the most effective place to connect with my breath, breathe deeper into my body, and regulate my nervous system. I enjoy a calm space with intense heat, where the mind naturally gets a break, as you’re forced to be fully present with your body in the moment in order to regulate yourself through the heat. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound The music is a helping hand in staying connected to your breath, no matter how intense the heat may feel. It creates an atmosphere that always feels present and grounded, allowing you, even when you feel challenged, to stay connected to your body and explore the discomfort outside your comfort zone without losing yourself. 🎧 Often on the Playlist RYX Vi sidder bare her feat. I love challenging myself and finding comfort in discomfort by throwing myself into the unknown. I love supporting others in connecting with themselves and work as a body therapist, where, just like in the sauna, I love seeing the difference between the body that arrives and the one that is lovingly sent back into the world after a session. I love moving and challenging my body through different activities every week. It gives me a sense of flow in my body and makes my smile wider and more authentic. For me, calm doesn’t necessarily mean complete relaxation, but rather the feeling of having myself — knowing my body and mind well enough that I can always find my way back to the right course.
