I love creating an atmosphere where music, guided meditation and breathwork blend into one experience. I always try to bring something new into the session, especially through aromatherapy and how it supports the journey in the heat. I never choose the music before sessions. I need to feel the energy in the room first - every group is different and the session should reflect that. I’m also happy to share how you can challenge your heat tolerance in a healthy and respectful way. For me, a sauna session is like interval training: first we arrive in the heat and simply allow ourselves to be there, to relax and enjoy it. Toward the end, I turn the heat up to create a natural transition into the breaks. You’re not just a participant in my session - you’re a guest who helps me to create an energy together with the rest of the group
