Lena holds every session as a ceremony, working with heat, oils, sound and presence as medicine for reconnection. She recently completed a PhD in mindful and affective design of digital technologies, and as a mother and artist, she's continually exploring how to live and create from deeper presence. She brings a present, loving energy that gently invites people home to themselves. She follows the energy of the room, both individually and collectively, and responds intuitively as the session unfolds. Her sessions Deep - slow and ceremonial, a journey into deeper layers of being. Peak - fuller heat, held with the same ceremonial care. Best for: Anyone open and curious to meet themselves more deeply, in a space where others are doing the same. You'll leave feeling: A renewed trust in life, and in your own capacity to meet whatever you're moving through.
