The sauna is your sanctuary, a place to drop out of your head and into your body. I’m a somatic and breathwork practitioner, trained in trauma-informed nervous system regulation. In my sessions, heat, breath, and sound become a guided sensory ritual. Sometimes quiet, sometimes rhythmic, sometimes a curated listening journey. Designed not for what you think, but for what you feel when you step out. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
