I am a semi-professional thaiboxing athlete and work as a recruitment associate in executive search. Facilitating saunagus is my everyday escape from having a fast-paced lifestyle, why I enjoy setting a calm and relaxing atmosphere so people can recharge and reconnect with themselves - the same way I do. I always set a music theme or genre for each round to create an emotive soundscape and a sense of continuity. My music choices range from relaxing jazz/blues to cinematic and ambient downtempo electronic tracks, as well as indie-inspired tunes. I also love to give out a lot of heat-hugs, so I am always at the go with a fan or a towel.
