✨Signature and energy In my sessions, you can expect a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with nice music and essential oils that complement the energy of each round. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully present, let go of everyday stress, and reconnect with your breath. 🎶Music The music is primarily calm, helping you relax and settle into the moment. I use a mix of music with and without lyrics, and usually increases the energy towards the final round as the heat becomes more intense. 🎧Often on the playlist Calm music with a bit more energy towards the end. Some of my most used artists include Aware, Skott and M83. 🌿A little about me I love how time in the sauna offers a break from everyday life. For me it is a chance to slow down, reset the nervous system, and be present. I enjoy sharing that experience with others. Outside the sauna, I've always enjoyed staying active, and I appreciate the simple things in life, and tries to slow down during my everyday life.
