✨ Signature & Energy My sauna sessions are rooted in the cycle of the seasons, the rhythm of nature, and the human mind. Each session is an invitation to step into a space where the outer world fades into the background and the connection to yourself and your body has room to unfold. I hold the space for you, so you can safely let go, breathe deeply, and simply be. Here, the heat becomes a portal to calm, reflection, and grounding. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound The soundscape is woven like a tapestry around the session – often with spiritual music and the sounds of nature as its foundation. The music supports the energy in the room and helps you open, release, and feel. The intuitive meets the grounded, and so, every now and then, a carefully chosen pop tone finds its way into the mix. 🎧 Often on the Playlist The sound of a flowing stream, spiritual and ceremonial tones blended with Nordic soul. Soundscapes that awaken strength and inner stillness at the same time – for example, Eivør and Jonathan Johansson. 🌿 A Little about Me My first encounter with heat and cold was in Iceland, where I let my body move from the 43° hot spring into the 10° cold lake. When my entire body tingled as I returned to the warmth, I knew I had opened the door to something deeper that I had to pursue. I am also a wordsmith and love to be carried away by language – in books, on stage, and in my own writing space. I am nourished by theatre, literature, and art. When I sit in a theatre seat and the performance unfolds, I often feel the same presence as in the sauna session – a deep connection with what is here and now, and with what lies beneath the surface.
