✨ Signature & Energy I guide my sessions with a calm, grounded presence and a relaxed approach. For me, a great infusion is a balance between the gusmaster, the music, and the heat — working together to create a cohesive experience. I enjoy building sessions around themes and adapting to the energy of the day rather than locking into one fixed style. My aim is always that guests feel they’ve experienced a well-composed journey that matches both the moment and the atmosphere in the room. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Most often, I create a relaxing and well-balanced atmosphere where guests can settle into the heat and simply be present. Music is a central element that supports the flow and guides the energy of each round. I often set the tone with a few words and then let the music and warmth carry the experience, allowing space for immersion without unnecessary interruption. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Calm Danish-produced music, melodic deep house, ambient soundscapes, and atmospheric electronic tracks that support presence, rhythm, and flow. I select music that complements the theme and timing of each session, always aiming for a soundscape that enhances the experience without overpowering it. 🌿 A Little About Me In my daily life, I serve as a captain in the Royal Danish Air Force, where composure, structure, and situational awareness are essential — qualities I naturally bring into the sauna as well. I’m a family man and a runner, and I value sauna and wellbeing as a way to disconnect and recharge from a busy and active everyday life.
