I like creating a calm, grounding environment with a mix of relaxing and slightly upbeat music. I guide just enough to help you settle in, but mostly I want you to have space to drop in, unwind, and leave feeling better than when you arrived. I decided to become a Saunagusmeister because I love the heat, am passionate about nervous system regulation, and wanted to get more involved in a community of like-minded people.
