Rune's sessions are productions. The music is mixed from scratch for each theme, the oils are matched to the atmosphere, and nothing is random. He's a former DJ with six years of daily meditation practice and three years of breathwork behind him. He's calm on the outside and intense on the inside. He doesn't hype the room with words - the energy comes through the music, the heat and the towel. He watches the whole room so no one gets left behind. Every session opens with meditation, then follows three rounds: start grounded, build, finish open. His sessions Deep - meditation-led and grounded. Peak - a cinematic build to full heat. Club - DJ-mixed energy. Best for: People who want more than warmth and are open to being moved. You'll leave feeling: Reset, light, and quietly proud. Heat note: If it says Extra Hot, it means Extra Hot. Come prepared.
