As a guest at Heat Harmony, my own wish has always been to step into a calm and safe environment where you can take a break from everyday life. A place where you can focus on nothing at all, or on the thoughts you may not always have time for. That is also why I do my best not to take up too much space by talking and guiding, but instead spend my time focusing on the heat, the oils, and giving each individual guest my full attention The music may not always be traditional but is carefully adapted to each session based on the time of day, the heat, and the energy in the room. Some of the artists you can expect to hear include Mac Miller, Maribou State, Cleo Sol, and Svaneborg Kardyb. I look forward to welcoming you to both Relaxed and Signature Sessions
