Tam is a Saunagus facilitator creating immersive, music-led sauna experiences rooted in heat, presence, and rhythm. Originally from Zimbabwe, she brings a natural love for warmth and intensity into every session - expect powerful heat waves designed to challenge and awaken. As a dancer, she guides with both grounded stillness and expressive movement. Her sessions are built around three distinct energies, each guided by a carefully curated playlist. What to expect: Deep - slow, grounding, and meditative Flow - gentle movement, stretching, and soft rhythm High - uplifting, powerful, and music driven Strong heat, intentional music, and a space to either soften, move, or rise - depending on what you need.
