Along the way, I guide with simple breathing exercises, and music plays a central role. We often start with familiar tones that gradually move into meditative music, continue with a more intense and electronic phase in the middle, and end with Danish-language music that gently brings you back to the world outside. 🎧 Often on the Playlist My music choices span widely – from Ukendt Kunstner to The Blaze to meditative music inspired by yoga’s savasana.
