Trine Thy

Growing up in the countryside, I’ve always craved escapes into nature. It’s therefore a goal of mine to find pockets of that feeling in Copenhagen. We might not be sitting in a hidden forest at HeatHarmony, but the calmness of the warmth and the blend of cedar and pine bring us closer. My aim, as your gus facilitator, is to give you a sense of natural escape through grounding oils and breathwork tips - and also to challenge you to stand stronger in yourself, both mind and body.
