DGI Huset Vordingborg

DGI Huset Vordingborg offers saunagus in its aquatic centre, where the day's gusmaster distributes heat and aromatic scents such as orange, lime, lavender and eucalyptus. Cold ice water is served before, during and after the gus.

Sauna gus at DGI Huset Vordingborg takes place in the sauna of the aquatic centre, where the day's gus master spreads the heat and aromatic scents such as orange, lime, lavender and eucalyptus. Iced water is served before, during and after the gus. The programme comes in two lengths – a 45-minute gus and an hour-long one – and alongside them runs Meditativ Saunagus, where the pace is slower and calm and breathing matter more than the heat. Once a month we add an extra evening gus to the regular programme. Book your place in advance and bring swimwear and a towel.
