Esbjerg Spa & Wellness

Esbjerg Spa & Wellness is a spa and wellness centre on Gl. Vardevej, part of Sport & Event Park Esbjerg. The wellness area has a Finnish sauna, steam bath, herbal sauna, jacuzzis and relaxation areas, plus a snow cabin for cooling down. Saunagus is a guided experience in which a trained gus master works with heat, steam and essential oils, spreading scent and warmth with a towel; a session typically lasts 10-15 minutes and is included in the entrance ticket according to a fixed schedule. In addition, special gus evenings are held as ticketed events at fixed times.

Sauna gus at Esbjerg Spa & Wellness takes place in the wellness area, which holds a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a herbal sauna, jacuzzis and a snow cabin for cooling down. We run gus as gus evenings, where a trained gus master works with heat, steam and essential oils and spreads scent and warmth with a towel across several rounds through the evening. Between the rounds you can use the whole wellness area – a turn in the snow cabin, the steam bath or the jacuzzi. In the run-up to Christmas we hold a Christmas gus with scents to match the season. There are only a few evenings on the programme, so book in good time.
