FyzFit Spa & Wellness

FyzFit Spa & Wellness is based at Gudskov swimming pool on Grusgyden in Otterup on northern Funen. The sauna stands outdoors with a glass front facing the garden, and right outside the door there is a wooden deck, an outdoor pool and a cold shower for cooling down. The site also has a swimming pool, changing facilities and a cafeteria, and the sauna, pool and yoga hall can all be hired for events. The age limit for sauna gus is 18.

Sauna gus at FyzFit takes place in the outdoor sauna with its glass front facing the garden and the pool. A gus consists of three rounds, where the gus master mixes essential oils into the water and pours it over the hot stones so the scents spread through the sauna. Between the rounds there is a break of about ten minutes, where you can take a cold outdoor shower or jump into the pool. The times vary from week to week, so you will find the current sessions in the booking calendar. Shower thoroughly before entering the sauna, and bring a water bottle, a robe or a large bath towel, and pool shoes. Sauna gus is for adults - the age limit is 18.
