Hirtshals Idrætscenter

Hirtshals Idrætscenter on Halvejen holds a swimming pool, saunas, a gym, sports halls, disc golf and accommodation, and sauna gus is a fixed part of the week. The sauna host spreads the essential oils through steam and fanning technique, and the programme runs as three consecutive sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and four on Sundays. The first session every Sunday is youth-friendly, so families can try sauna gus together. The centre also holds group gus events of about an hour and a half, where an experienced sauna host guides you through three sessions with music, scent and heat.
