Ringsted Sportscenter

Ringsted Sportscenter is home to Ringsted Svømmeland, with three pools and a newly renovated communal sauna overlooking the centre's green sports fields. Right outside the sauna, cold-water showers and buckets are waiting for the cold plunge between rounds. The centre revolves around Ramblaen, the large shared space that opened in 2023 and ties the swimming pool, halls and outdoor areas together.

Sauna gus with us takes place in the communal sauna overlooking the green sports fields, and between rounds you take the cold plunge under the cold-water showers or in the buckets right outside. Alongside the ordinary drop-in gus during opening hours, we also hold an exclusive evening gus in the winter half of the year with three rounds, where snacks, fruit and drinks are served along the way in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The evening gus is for adults over 16 only, and you can book a spot for it online well in advance. Always follow the gus master's instructions - only the gus master pours water on the stove. Bring your own large towel to sit and stand on, and shower before you enter the sauna.
