My style naturally shifts between high and low energy – sometimes within the same session – depending on what feels right. The ice bath is an important part of the experience, and I put great emphasis on it. My goal is to send you home with renewed energy, presence, and maybe even inspiration. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Music, scents, and guidance are carefully chosen to create a space where you naturally land in your body and in the now. I draw on elements from yoga, tantra, breathwork, and spirituality – always adapted to each session. 🎧 Often on the Playlist You’ll often hear deep electronic music with organic sounds – from Eskimotion and Be Svendsen’s meditative beats to Mashti’s ethnic electronica. I love music that builds bridges between the grounded and the spiritual, supporting both stillness and movement. 🌿 A Little about Me I live in the intersection between the spiritual and the data-driven – I practice tantra and yoga while tracking my body’s data and keeping a daily gratitude journal. My experiences with longevity, personal development, and entrepreneurship (I run both an event agency and a software startup) give me a unique perspective on how body and mind work together.
