Anders leads Nordic-rooted sauna rituals where fire, water, breath and intention create a strong, safe frame for deep presence. For over a decade, he's worked as a ceremonial Nordic tattoo artist, recreating traditional tattoo rituals and holding long stretches of healing space through breath and meditation. His sessions are gently inspired by Nordic animism and always founded in strong intentions. He brings a calm, grounded focus, holding a space where everyone feels safe to be themselves and turn inward. His sessions Deep - meditative, trance-like journeys through a Nordic and tribal musical universe. Peak - powerful, building "prepare yourself" energy. Best for: Anyone who wants to rest and connect through breath, meditation and gentle movement. You'll leave feeling: Connected and empowered, with an anchor to an authentic part of yourself.
