*GUS-SESSION IN DANISH* ✨ Signature & Energy My sauna infusion leans toward the hotter side with a strong focus on essential oils. I create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, and the sessions are mostly marked by silence, giving you space to immerse yourself. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I use music to create room for deep calm. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Ram Dass, Reinhardt Buhr, and Shantala. 🌿 A Little about Me I am an active triathlete with a passion for running, especially marathons and ultraruns. When I really want to unwind, I go fly fishing. My record is a 15 kg catch I landed in Mexico.
