Sauna gus at Hot Box in Rødovre takes place in the sauna with 12 places, where the gus master gives three rounds of 10-12 minutes with essential oils and towel technique. In the breaks there are snacks and water, and you can cool off in one of the house's four ice baths. We have a regular team of experienced gus masters who take turns, so heat, scent and mood vary from time to time. Now and then we hold a family and children's gus, where the ticket covers one adult and one child. The sauna is also mobile and can be hired for private events.
