✨ Signature & Energy My style is balanced and built on a fluid progression of intensity. Sessions start calm and warming, giving the body and breath time to open. In the second round, the energy and heat increase significantly, and the third round is the peak—high intensity combined with grounding. The entire experience has a sense of flow: fluid, focused, and deeply rooted in the body. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I create a calm, sensory, and concentrated atmosphere. The music sets the rhythm throughout the session, supporting presence and physical grounding. I typically choose instrumental music or tracks with very little vocal, so the sound feels soft, deep, and unobtrusive—with room for silence when the group needs it. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Instrumental electronic music, downtempo, ambient, and soft rhythmic soundscapes that allow energy to build without overstimulation and support a natural flow throughout the session. 🌿 A Bit About Me I am a certified Sauna Master and have used the sauna actively for over 20 years. I work in marketing, while the sauna is my passion and a space where I combine bodywork, presence, and awareness. I’m very active—I train daily, travel often, read, watch films, and enjoy spending time with people. I also love cooking and finding inspiration through different experiences. I previously practiced judo competitively and worked as a judo coach, which means body awareness, discipline, and focus are naturally part of my facilitation style.
