East Kilbride Badet

East Kilbride Badet is Ballerup's municipal swimming baths in Ballerup Idrætsby, and the gus takes place in the house's panorama sauna, where large windows face the greenery outside. Just outside the sauna is a terrace with an outdoor cold water pool kept at 5 degrees all year round, and indoors there are showers and the rest of the baths' pools. The sauna closes 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after a gus so the gus master can prepare it.

Sauna gus at East Kilbride Badet takes place in the panorama sauna, which seats around 22 guests, with the cold water pool on the terrace right outside. The programme comes in three lengths: a full gus of about 75 minutes with three rounds, a shorter one of 45 minutes with two rounds, and a mini gus of about 15 minutes with a single round. On top of that come themed sessions, where a theme such as full moon or vikings shapes the music, the scents and the number of rounds - and there are morning, after-work and family sessions too. Our gus masters each have their own profile, from the gentle and meditative with deep breathing to powerful, high heat. We serve drinks for everyone, and on the longest sessions there are snacks in the breaks as well. Bring a towel to sit on, and if the gus falls within the baths' opening hours you will also need an entry ticket to the swimming pool.
