Holbæk Sportsby on Sports Alle is Holbæk's large sports complex, with a swimming centre, a multi-purpose hall, football and athletics stadiums, a racket centre, a gym, a health centre, a café and accommodation. The swimming centre is on the first floor and holds an Olympic 50-metre pool in its own hall, a family pool at 29 degrees with a children's area, a slide and a whirlpool, a wellness pool and a warm-water pool in its own quiet room. The sauna is entered from the family pool, and this is where the centre's sauna hosts run the sessions. Oils may only be used during the official session times and only by the sauna host.

Sauna gus at Holbæk Sportsby is held in the swimming centre's sauna, entered from the family pool, and it is run by the centre's own sauna hosts - among them Camilla, Lara, Dan and Kim. A session typically lasts an hour and costs 75 kroner on top of admission, with room for around 18 participants per session, so you can see available places before booking. The programme alternates between morning, afternoon and evening sessions across the week, and each sauna host puts their own stamp on the rounds. Oils may only be used during the official session times and only by the sauna host, which keeps the session calm. Remember a towel to sit on, and wear your wristband visibly - that applies to everyone over three throughout the swimming centre.
