Ikast Svømmecenter

Ikast Svømmecenter on Frisenborgparken has a swimming pool, a water park and a wellness area with sauna, steam bath and cold plunge tub. The sessions themselves are held in the centre's free-standing sauna cabin, where you get an aromatherapeutic experience for all the senses and feel the heat spread while sauna scents fill the cabin. There are daily sauna gus sessions, and on top of that come the house's own special formats - themed gus, gus marathon, go' weekend gus and ladies' night. The centre also has a café and hosts children's birthday parties.
