Klub-Nok Sauna

Klub-Nok Sauna is a family-run sauna house on Industrivej in Hedehusene - just follow the signs to the sauna. There is room for ten guests at a time, so groups stay small, and every session is built around music and scents chosen to match the essential oils of the day. Between rounds you cool down under the cold-water shower. The venue also hosts private events such as stag and hen parties, company events, anniversaries and themed sessions for women, men and children.

Sauna sessions at Klub-Nok are held in our sauna, which seats ten guests, so you sit close to the sauna host and far from a crowded room. The programme alternates between two regular formats: Fyraftensgus for anyone who wants to get back into their body after a long day at work, with oils and music chosen to drop the shoulders and set you up for a good night's sleep, and FormiddagsGus, where the oils are picked for their uplifting qualities so you are ready to meet the day. A session lasts around an hour and a half, and the rounds of 10-12 minutes are broken up by pauses for cooling down. No experience is needed - the sauna host guides you through the whole thing, and you decide how long you stay in the heat. Bring two towels, swimwear, a water bottle and flip-flops, and if you own a sauna hat, wear it.
