Ø Sauna

Ø Sauna is based on Østre Havnevej at Svendborg Harbour, next to Kammerateriet. A saunagus session lasts 75 minutes and consists of three 12-minute rounds in the hot sauna, where the gus master spreads heat and scent from carefully selected essential oils – accompanied by pleasant music. In the breaks between rounds you can take a cold plunge in one of the cold-water tubs. There is a small changing room but no toilet, so arrive in good time.
