Reset Sauna

Reset Sauna offers saunagus in their Sauna Dome by the yacht harbour in Aarhus – a guided, sensory sauna experience with heat, steam and essential oils that creates deep relaxation for body and mind. They run different sessions such as Deep Reset, Feel Reset and Reset Clubbing.

Sauna gus at Reset Sauna takes place in the Sauna Dome by the marina on Fiskerivej in Aarhus, where heat, steam and essential oils carry the experience. A gus lasts 75 minutes, and the programme alternates between two versions: Feel Reset, the warm and uplifting session where rhythm and heat meet and give energy, and Deep Reset, where breathwork and slowness guide you down a gear. The gus masters take turns and each has their own style – some lift the energy in the room, others keep it quiet. Now and then we hold longer sessions with guest hosts, combining the gus with yoga and mental training. There is free parking at the door.
