Plugin Heat Club in Sydhavn offers saunagus combining heat, cold plunge, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, music and community. Each session consists of three gus rounds with breaks in between and typically lasts 75 minutes.

Toniah is a movement artist and dance choreographer who fell in love with Plugin after her first saunagus. Known for her radiant energy and grounded calm, she brings both strength and softness into the space. Now training as an energy healer, she blends music, oils, and intuitive guidance with an attuned sense of flow — creating soulful sauna journeys that awaken body, mind, and spirit.
