Breathwork and yoga at sauna venues

Breathwork and yoga gathers what the sauna venues hold that is not a sauna session but belongs to the same visit: breathing exercises, breathwork with ice baths, yoga and meditation. It is listed here on its own, so the sauna session calendar holds only sauna sessions, and at several of the venues a sauna session is part of the class.

Innercise has the most classes, with breathwork and ice baths in Vanløse, Frederiksdal and Sydhavnen, for both beginners and the experienced - in Sydhavnen also in English. Their YINnercise mixes yin yoga and breathwork. iluma in Frederiksberg has many weekly yoga classes, from Vinyasa to Yin, Ashtanga and Kundalini, and Rört Copenhagen in Nordvest runs Yoga FLOW, GROW and SLOW.

Outside Copenhagen, NorRo Saunagus in Espergærde holds yin yoga, hatha flow and restorative yoga, and Nordic Wave in Sønderborg has breathwork and yin yoga. Sauna House has yoga and Sauna Stretch & Flow, and Holm8 in Nordhavn breathwork and yoga flow. DAMAI in Dragør, Heat Studio in Kokkedal and Zensauna in Mørkøv combine breathwork and a sauna session in one, and Thimms in Aalborg and Villa Vindblad near Give hold yin yoga with a sauna session.

Classes are booked with the venue itself, and several venues have separate classes for beginners and the experienced. If you are new to breathwork with ice baths, start with a beginners' class.
