Sauna host courses

Sauna host courses are for you if you want to learn to lead a sauna session yourself: building up a session, controlling the heat and spreading it with the towel, and choosing scents and music for the rounds. Here we gather the courses the venues put on their own schedules. A sauna host course is the way in if you want to lead sessions for others - at a venue, in a sauna club or for friends in your own sauna.

Sauna host courses are held in Aarhus and Silkeborg at La Sauna Aarhus and La Sauna Silkeborg, in Odense at Heat Space and Saunagus Odense, and in and around Copenhagen at Sauna House, Sauna85 Nordvest, Heat Harmony, Rört Copenhagen, iluma and Wellness-Saunagus in Charlottenlund. The courses go by slightly different names - sauna host course, sauna host training or saunagus master training - but cover the same ground. DGI Huset Vejle runs a sauna session programme over several meetings.

Other courses at the venues are listed here too, because they share the same place in the calendar. Innercise has instructor courses, foundation programmes and thermal courses in Frederiksdal and Sydhavnen, and iluma a yoga teacher training. Kirsebærkroen holds workshops on caring for your nervous system, Villa Vindblad and Charlottehaven Health Club workshops on skin care and aromatherapy, and Hot Box Steel Box has starter programmes in training.

Courses are booked with the venue itself. If nothing is listed right now, check back: the venues add new courses to their schedules as they go.
